I feel like -1 chiLo city grid +1 news team is the right move

also, -3 celebrity gift, +3 sweeps week? Econ still good, and frees up a whopping 9 influence

take out psychographics. I know it's a cool card, but it really only gets used once the runner decides they no longer care about tags. It'll spend an awful lot of games doing nothing.
