Teemo. 25

Based on some playtesting with Grails before and originally started in a Blue sun Glacier. Switch to RP came after seeing the success Cerberus was having with his Grail RP. Largely based on his work this deck got me top seed after swiss in Manchester.

On Stimhack, he just said posted that grail RP is not tier 1 anymore. It was when Criminals were clogging the meta but with Anarchs and Shapers running around these days, the reg-ass RP is better.
