I say go whole hog on rushing. 3x Ash 3x CT, 3 archers, 3 hostile take overs, 3 reqs 3 contracts. rototurret instead of ELI, and trash breakers as quick as possible. Use weylands gross econ to out boost the runner, snap off a breaker, and score while they're looking for a solution. Win fast by scoring 3 points at a time, and instant wins with hostile takeover. Without SS and Scorched, atlas loses some luster (still tutoring hostils is nice).
