Old Hollywood still turns out the newest hits.
HB glacier has been running one-of Fragments for a long time now, and until this point, Caprice super servers have been the make or break crutch the build has had to lean on. When it works, it works. When it doesn't, you've played a long frustrating game of Netrunner that ended on a guess. Let's take guessing out of the equation.
Old Hollywood Grid turns that "one per deck" limitation in your Fragments' text box into the best thing they have going for them right now. With only one Hades, one Eden, one Utopia Fragment, Old Hollywood Grid is guaranteed to protect the agendas for at least a run. And with taxing ice, getting in twice after trashing the grid can be a tall order.
But say they do have the cash. They get in once, maybe at a cost of 6 or 7 credits. They trash the Grid for 4. They spend 6 or 7 to get in again and nab themselves 3 points. Do you think they noticed that Punitive Counterstrike you have waiting in the wings? Do you think they notice whether it's twice as deadly after you over-advanced that early Vitruvius? Then again, if they did notice, do you think they'd have spent all that money to get in in the first place?
