This is my initial attempt at Apex. Tried to solve his money issues. Still needs tweaking.

Upon re-reading, Ghost Runner is a waste. Replacing with Traffic Jam or maybe Overmind.

The only things ghost runner helps with are trashing assets, stealing NAPD/Fetal AI, paying the Tollbooth, and boosting Sharpshooter. I have been considering re-adding Ghost Runner solely for the NAPD steal, since I typically run with 0-2 credits as APEX.
