The main focus here is the face up agendas, Casting Call, and Dedication Ceremony. You can easily divert to a kill if you need too and High Risk Investment will get you plenty of cash. Public Support is there to act as Archer fuel and to tax the runner. Use the Project Atlas token to either get SEA Source, Scorch or another agenda or another Casting Call.

It's not quite a rush deck but it's not just a kill deck either.

I'd probably switch to Hollywood Renovation over High-Risk. You don't get the extra counter, but you do get the ability to Install->Dedicate-> Advance it one turn, then install Atlas->Advance Hollywood (advance Atlas once)-> Advance Hollywood (advance Atlas twice) the next turn to score out 5 points at once.
