Step 1: Charge the Bass Cannon

Have Mutually Assured Destruction and BOOM! in hand, 11+ credits, a Bass on the board, a rezzed piece of 4-cost ice (of which we have 11), and at least one other rezzed card. Alternatively, have the same board but with 7+ credits and an Excavator installed. and use Excavator to trash the 4 cost ice at the start of your turn, searching for and rezzing a second Bass. Hopefully the Runner helps us out with a Border Control or Stavka trigger near the end of their turn so we can find a Bass from our deck.

Step 2: AIM THE BASS CANNON

Pop Bass. Play Mutually Assured Destruction, trashing the 4 cost ice and at least one other thing, and searching up a second Bass off the MAD trash of the 4 cost ice. Pop the second Bass.

Step 3: FIRE THE BASS CANNON

Play BOOM! Your opponent is now dead, congratulations!

Alternate Plan

Try to rush out, tutoring and recurring Bass with trashes and Spinny.

But this dies to Citadel Sanctuary and No One Home! And Pinhole Threading!

Well...yeah, which is probably for the best. But it's reasonably consistent and you get to talk about Dark Souls memes from the ancient past.

In terms of actually refining this, the agenda suite and influence could definitely be shuffled. You could cut a Bass and Mavirus to fit 2 Hard Hitting News, then make cuts somewhere else to include Econ Warfare to have an alternate kill strategy. You could also go with MCA Austerity Policy over Bass and include more 2 cost things, in which case I think HHN is a better way to go.
