Best non CI deck at the regional (got em). Deck loves to agenda flood you, which makes you push scores. Don't play ip block until new mwl, wrap and vanilla would have been better in every case. You could find room for a attitude adjustment, 2 scarcity and 2 newshound seem fine (hound sucked mostly). Navi wasn't useful all day, could be jua or something.

2 fc 3.0 seems good...this list should be pretty good post mwl.

Here is the working list i have going forward. Heresy to cut a surveyor, but runners are packing heat for it, you just trade FC3 for Surveyor as far as unicorns go. This list is probably vastly better than the one we're commenting on.
