Use Emergency Shutdown, Account Siphon, and Forged Activation Orders to sabotage their ice stack and credit count. When they score their first agenda, go get Vamp off Logos, cripple their economy, and start slamming centrals as hard as you can while they work on rebuilding. When they get close to regaining tempo, replay the Vamp/Siphon and keep going hard.
