The problem with Whizzard/Whale decks has traditionally been the timing of the virus wipe. With the addition of Knight, Anarchs now have the ability to mitigate this quite a bit.
I've included two copies of mimic, in case of swordsman, or ice I can break cheaper with it, as well as Keyhole, rather than Medium.

If you're going to be running 3 Djinns, find space for 1 Medium, at least. Also, a Nerve Agent should probably find its place here, to capitalize on Darwin's true strength, which is being able to get in anywhere, really. |
I found Bishop to become an actually useful card when paired with Darwin - for me, that breaker is what finally made the Caissa sing.
I've published my take on this type of deck as a sort of response: http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/2254/darwin-reina
PS. I think E3 really doesn't save that much cash for the 2$-per-subroutine breakers and is really just bioroid hate.
