Red PD

This is the list that I took to our first CTK in the Elevation Meta - it is a card for card copy of a list that Jai shared with me - something he's been brewing. Here's his words on the deck:

But in general you have enough econ to rez everything, and if the runner can’t contest an early Charlotte you can sit on it and cosplay a glacier deck pretty well If you are planning to fire a HR remember to keep an operation in hand, this transaction suite is really easy to stick on the back of a HR You can cheese games with Sericulture into Cordon."

It went 1-1 in the two rounds I played with it, losing to an extremely well-piloted control Lat while I desperately searched for ice for 4 turns. Then I won a fun game with it after the tournament proper.
