The plan is to flatline the runner by forcing them to trash urban renewal, hopefully with Forced Connection in the server and potentially a Data Raven protecting it. If you can't kill them with BOOM! you might have Threat Assessment in hand and can force them to remove an expensive bit of kit or take 2 tags, opening up BOOM!.

Have not tried yet as White Nile cards not currently on Jinteki.net

Serket is the Egyptian Goddess who deifies Scorpions and as this attempts to use some Kitara cycle cards with Skorpios, feels thematic.

This is my first attempt to construct a Netrunner deck, so I promise nothing.
