This deck is Built To Last, and Built to Win.

You get all the comfort and security of running a 44/15 deck that only has to ICE up central servers. You also get to fast-advance out all your agendas if you try to win on points, while the runner needs to steal a mixture of 2 or 4 agendas to have a chance to win on points.

If they do manage to access points well then you are just gonna have to Punitive Counterstrike them for the privilege. This deck has access to the maximum number of Counterstrikes just to make sure you see them if you need too.

Most card choices here are pretty standard, so im gonna just talk about the one I know your looking at... Yes Localized Product Lines is in this deck.

Why is it this deck...good question. Netrunner has very few tutor card effects, that is for good reason. Tutors are some of the strongest effects in any card game. Originally this list played two Biotic Labor for 8 influence. Biotic was only in the deck to allow you to RPC out your GTO. So drawing a Biotic before you had either of the other two cards never felt good, and drawing the 2nd Biotic when you had the first felt terrible.

So I cut the second Biotic for a Localized Product Line and never looked back.

What could be better than Tutoring for one card....well three cards of course.

Things LPL can do in this deck...

Find 3 copies of Akhet or Mausolus, or 2 copies of Masvingo/Hortum/Colossus if you mulligan into a hand light on ice.

Find 3 copies of Mass Commercialization/Hedge Fund/Government Subsidy...because this deck prints money....also not to mention that you can burn Mass Comms earlier and Spin Doctor them back and find all three at once again later..

Is a psuedo copy of all of your 9/6 combo pieces including the agenda.

Find 3 Global Food Initiatives if you want to overdraw and dump them into Archives as a way to thin out R&D and signal to the runner that they can take their chances on winning or losing on Archives then they should be our guest.

Pivot instantly to finding multiple copies of Punitive Counterstrike if a runner snipes your GTO or a few GFI off a lucky access'. Also this is probably the only deck that theoretically triple punitive a runner. If you have Biotic Labor and LPL in hand you need 17 credits to search out and play triple Counterstrike from hand.

So yeah this deck slices and dices.

P.S. Im gonna try Oduduwa over Orion, simply because he accelerates the speed to which you can get to 9 counters across your ice, to turn on RPC.
