I love the speed of Titan decks, and the flexibility of Project Atlas tokens. However, on the day I was pretty disappointed with this deck, winning only 1 of 4 games.
Game 1 - Kit Installed and Advanced an Oaktown behind an Enigma turn 1. On the Runner's turn they Deep Data Mine, getting an Oaktown, then Modded install an Overmind to get at the installed Oaktown. After that my demise was quick! I should have probably gone a little slower, against Kit, but that didn't feel in the spirit of Weyland rush!
Game 2 - Smoke Couldn't find an Atlas to score, despite multiple fast advance tools in hand and multiple turns of drawing. They Indexed for the win.
Game 3 - Valencia This was the only game I won, and lo and behold, was also the only game I drew an Atlas. Coincidence?! They couldn't find their breakers fast enough, giving me time to fast advance for the win.
Game 4 - Hayley Couldn't find an Atlas to score when Clot wasn't a threat, and once it was I was purging it away while they Indexed for the win.
Not sure what changes I would make to the deck, as when it works it's lightning quick, and has a number of outs. I think perhaps it was mostly piloting; I should have mulliganed more aggressively for an Atlas.
Ark Lockdown is there for Clot, and when combined with Hunter Seeker can lead to surprise lockout wins.
SEA Source into Exchange of Information lets you punish Runners who are trying to go faster than you, especially if they've stolen a High-Risk Investment.
The three Cyberdex Virus Suites are there for Aumakua, Tapwrm, and Clot. Three is probably overkill, but I like to see them when they're needed.
