Economic Squeeze

This is all about denying the corp money: Make them pay extra to rez ICE with Reina's ability and Xadadu (or trash it with En Passant if they don't), make them lose money with Mining Accident, make them pay to play operations with Donut, trash their stuff with Scrubber.

Try to get out the ProCo as soon as possible, as this deck needs to draw a lot. It's pretty slow and I have not won with it very much, but corps getting annoyed at Donut and groaning when they rez ICE is funny. (But Scarcity of Resources is not funny when playing this!)
