The only thing that worries me with the build is that with so much emphasis on Account Siphon there should be at least 2 Plascrete Carapace.

I agree with Trizzy613, you have Account Siphon but no tag protection (New Angeles City Hall or Plascrete Carapace) and a resource based economy. Maybe replace Liberated Account with Armitage Codebusting and Kati Jones with Dirty Laundry. That would make your economy a lot less exposed to trashing by tags.
