Anarch is the disruptive mid-game Runner faction. They stop at nothing to hurt the corp, even if it means hurting themselves. They are most similar to a mono-Black playstyle in Magic, taking risks and being reckless with their cards to incur an advantage.
This deck is a heap (i.e. graveyard) deck. It uses a breaker suite which can be recurred from the bin, efficiently filling it and digging for the right pieces. The deck plans to win by destroying the Corporation's relevant ICE and disrupting their hand.
