Looks kinda fun! I just sat down to build something similar :) I like the addition of Housekeeping though. Three Wraparound seems excessive though. Since you need to get your 6th yellow card I might think of something like -2 Wraparound and +2 Blacklist or something like that. Then you can pinch off their decoder or something and then keep the breaker they need in the bin. That strategy might struggle if they were running Parasite, but it might be worth a shot. Another potential include for what you're going for here might be Kala Ghoda Real TV. Just wait to pinch off a needed card. Or even Targeted Marketing since you're looking at their grip semi often anyways. All of those options are yellow and 1 inf if you wanted to just go 1 or 2 wraparound.
