Hey all! My half-jank, half-serious Quetzal is back again with a couple modifications.
-1 Faust for +1 D4v1d - This had to be done. I needed an insurance policy for Sandburg shinanegans, and it also combos well with e3 Feedback Implants. Since Faust is mainly for when I run into Lotus Field, this seemed like a natural change.
-1 Kati Jones for +1 Archives Interface - Kati wasn't getting the mileage I originally thought she would. Maybe if I was using ZU.13 or Gordian Blade for decoders...either way, Archives Interface could work great against IG, removing Shock/Shi.kyu/Bio-Ethics from play completely, giving you more peace of mind to run with impunity.
-1 Déjà Vu for +1 Paperclip - A few times in recent local store play, I found it troublesome to not have more frequent access to my Paperclip, so I decided to increase the odds. Deja Vu is great, but it's mainly for grabbing the Levy back, or perhaps my Imps against a horizontal threat.
Everything else remains unchanged. I've had pretty good success with this deck for a few months now, and the more I play it, the more fun it becomes. :) Sure it doesn't come jam packed with Cutlery or Parasites or mill effects, but I've found that those can sometimes get in the way of money gain or card draw deck slots. Try it out, folks! At the very least, you'll get the 'ol jaw drop from just seeing Quetzal being played; not to mention if/when you whip out the Brain Chip!!
