This deck plays like a bit of a cross between a rush deck and a glacier deck, able to adjust its strategy based on the match up and your draw. This lets you switch up the tempo of the game (hence the name of the deck). Tennin's ability can be used as to build up counters for trick of light, or to boost ice wall, but the best use is to install agenda's without advancing them, forcing your opponent to decide whether to run a taxing server just to hit a caprice, or risk letting you score a Nisei Mk II. With a single trick of light and the identity ability, you can score a future perfect in one turn from 0 advancement counters, which can surprise a lot of opponents.
