This modifies the list in barrier bay a bit. The goal is still to take out fracters and score behind cheap barriers.

I monkeyed with the economy, added Crick as archives protection and possible reuse of Marcus Batty and Will-o'-the-Wisp, and switched up the ice composition.

I found that Blacklist was hard to defend, so I changed them to Targeted Marketing which is such a dick move that it has to be done.

Switched up the agenda composition for more net damage and fewer film critic targets, plus Nisei MK II as another backup plan for when they manage to get a fracter.
