I like the Red Herrings motif, making the expense that more difficult to deal with. Server Diagnostics can be a difficult one to deal with, as they should only come online after you are happy with your ICE setup, so there is a lot of risk linked with using them.
Consider Celebrity Gift or Turtlebacks for cash, especially since Turtlebacks' natural trash cost is 4. I would also suggest removing the Ashigarus, or at least 2 of them, as they will hemorrhage your money. Maybe swap them out for Himitsu-Bako - combining them with 3 Turtlebacks you can gain up to 3 credits by installing Himitsu Back in a new server.
Personally I would suggest removing Daily Business Show and Tollbooth and using the influence for a Scorched Earth. Also, if you can include at least 2 Kitsunes you can have them facecheck a Snare! without them suspecting, and if they cannot remove the tag then you can follow it up with a Scorch on your turn. Even if Scorched Earth is a Plan C move, if the runner sees it they will naturally slow down a little and be even more cautious, and slowing anyone's tempo is a powerful move.
