[Startup] Prepaid Plastic Superconducting Steve

Playing Prepaid VoicePAD for a credit and a card feels great. It's even better once The Class Act hits the table.

Standard semi turtling crim strategy, try to play resources using Career Fair, don't be afraid to run Archives with Dirty Laundry so you can trigger an install by Mutual Favor.

As for Steve's ability, recur economy and Inside Job.

Proposed changes

Remove Tread Lightly for 3rd Inside Job or for a 2nd Bravado. I didn't have any issues with economy but it feels great to have 0 cost run event that gives you at least 7 credits in the late game.

You could exchange Blueberry!™ Diesel for Earthrise Hotel. It will give you more targets for Career Fair but will be a bit risky cause you can't bottom deck your spare breakers.

If you have a lot of glaciers in your meta, you can remove Conduit for 2 Simulchip. That would give you up to 3 bypasses of pesky code gates for the low price of 2 credits.
