This is the second Version of this deck. The basic premise of the deck is to score a Breaking News along with any other agenda, forfeit the second agenda to give the runner two tags with 24/7 News Cycle at the beginning of a turn and then burn them out with a combination of Traffic Accident and Scorched Earth. The kill can happen very quickly with the draw power of Jackson Howard and Lily Lockwell (who is only in the deck for her draw 3 during the runner's turn as well as possibly stalling the runner by having them run on the server before you rez her).
Of coarse there is also the secondary condition of almost all NBN decks of chaining out AstroScript Pilot Program with a Breaking News or 15 Minutes.
