Win the click economy, spam ICE, advance agendas at your leisure. There are several ways to trash the runner's installed hardware and programs, but this deck does not deal damage.
I don't really see the several ways to trash installed hardware... Markus 1.0 is one way and it's neither likely to fire nor targeted. Maybe you could add a Lab Dog, those are a bit harder to break.
But there are other problems at hand with this deck. The influence spread and agenda density are a little bit suboptimal. Why the 50 cards? If you'd just remove 1 agenda, the deck would still be viable and you'd have 1 less agenda you have to defend. If you want to keep all those agendas, you might want to add something else on top and go up to 54 cards. Maybe more economy? Or something to spend your influence on?
Last thing: The Toybox. You have not a single expensive card in the deck. In the ICE rez price range from 0 to 15, NEXT Gold and Sherlock 2.0 are somewhere in the middle. Which is much, yes, but not THAT much. And you only have 4 copies in the whole deck. So, in order to get any value out of the Toybox you need to find the 1-of Toybox and use it on one of 4 out of 50 cards and even then it's mediocre. You could rez a Heimdall 2.0 or Janus 1.0 for the same effort.
P.S.: I'm glad you're giving little Minelayer a chance. I tried so hard to make him work... sigh
It's such a fun ICE in theory!
