Removed a bunch of the resources in the previous version. Replaced Yog.0 with Torch. Added a bit of card draw with diesel.

Some credits added with Prepaid VoicePAD. I feel like I'm circling the drain to a decent deck but not quite there yet.

I'd replace the Prepaid VoicePAD with Public Terminal: it's one less to play, so it pays for itself in one turn. Also, the only events you cannot use the terminal for that you could the pad are Sure Gamble and Special Order.

I'm not a huge fan of the double Torch, I think you could spend the influence better, but this is not a horrible choice. Try Gordian Blade instead. Use the influence on an R&D Interface to pressure that third central. Also, you need some extra MU, since your one MU from Desperado doesn't let you install the complete rig.
