"Necrophobic, can't control the paranoia. Scared to die.".
Damage rush!
The key is to protect your Self-Destruct Chips. One way to achieve it is protecting HQ and Fast Tracking them. One Self-Destruct Chips scored I'll make the runner rethink his every move. So whenever possible, score it from hand. Biotic Labor should only be used to score the Chips, the only exception being to score a Gila Hands Arcology or to win the game.
The first scoring window should be used to trigger the Aggressive Negotiation in order to retrieve your single Scorched Earth. After that, keep playing the Cerebral Casts and let the runner decide how he or she rather die.
Of course, one or two Vitruvius tokens will make life a lot easier.

The problem is that Bifrost Array can't trigger another Self-Destruct Chips because it's not a "when you score" condition... :( |

We've been toying around with Valley Grid too - it may be more powerful than your Cerebral/Scorched combo, for less influence. |

Thoughts on dropping one gila hands for a Bifrost Array? While that might seem a bit conditional, landing another Self-Destruct Chips might be nice :-)
