Here's the plan: run a central a turn to give the corp their extra forced draw. Mill cards with Data Leak Reversal. There are similar Fisk decks that run a resource economy, but we're going PAD/Desperado event-based here because we'll be running every turn. Feint is an odd run event choice but it gets you your successful run while bypassing two pieces of ice.
Summon the Paparazzi and run tag-me. Laugh at meat damage. Set up the Wireless Net Pavilion to increase resource trash costs. John Masanori will get you cards. Use Joshua B. and Hacktivist Meeting to get extra mills/trashes.
Criminal breakers suck but who cares; the central-only suite gets us in our top priority servers. Faust is there in case you need to get in a remote where Inside Job alone doesn't cut it.
The LARLA is there for insurance, but with only one (and just one semi-trashable Same Old Thing) this could be a waste of influence that would be better spent on a more normal breaker suite. I still like the centrals-only set thought because they're relatively efficient and not too pricey.
The shards are another area where influence could be freed up. All together, the 3 shards only effectively provide two mills and a surprise archive run.

I've been playing Fisk with centrals-only icebreakers, and I can tell you from experience that Corroder is just better than Breach. If you can free up two influence, perhaps cutting away the LARLA or a couple shards, I think you'd be much happier with it.
