This deck won the Store Championship at Crossroads Games in Standish, ME, going 4-1 on the day. The loss was to DLR MaxX, which was certainly a bad time. In a sweet turn of revenge, this deck did kill MaxX later in the final (the only kill of the day).
Obviously, this deck in intended as a 24/7 News Cycle + BOOM! kill combo. Unfortunately, runners were very cautious on the day and decided to let me score out instead (except for one MaxX). The deck is a Data Raven abuser, tossing QPM behind a Raven early to see if the runner will score it for me, and sometimes just being a jerk and IAA the Quantum Predictive Model instead, to make the runner worry it may be a Global Food Initiative.
Mind games were a big part of how I won, as I slow scored both NAPD and GFI on the day because the runner knew they could not get the agenda, clear tags, and have the money to dodge Hard-Hitting News Most games ended when the runner felt the pressure was too great and made some runs and took tags, which enabled Exchange of Information to swap the last points needed for the win.
This list is ripped off from another better deckbuilder, @beyoken, who's list is superior as Observe and Destroy is very solid tech for clearing Plascrete (or anything else).
