After some testing with Spam Bot I figured out a few things about the deck.
Here we have it. The BEST nbn lateral deck on the market today. It's extremely resilient to clot thanks to CVS. It's too hard to trash all of the stuff.
Play is pretty simple. 1. Install remotes 2. Score agendas naked if your opponent doesn't respect your remotes 3. Win on the back of astro & sansan
The nuance is largely down to know when to put CVS where and managing your economy to avoid siphons and whatnot. It is preferable to be broke than to give your opponent 10 money, so if you suspect siphon don't rez anything until the siphon's coming and then suck away all of your money.
All of your ice is for centrals unless you absolutely need a remote.
If someone has you clot locked using recursion, go for the agenda anyways and then overwrite it if they put the clot down and you don't have a CVS. It'll help with getting rid of the recursion. Otherwise you should be able to clear virus counters a bunch or just CVS at the moment of score.
Enjoy

I was wondering if it makes sense to go down to 1 GFI since you won't be scoring them except for astro counter and SanSan for the win and putting in some 3/1's. I know they generally suck but there are a few worth trying:
Of course I have no idea what 2 cards to cut to make this happen either. Maybe something like -1 Shannon Claire and -1 Mumba Temple.
