3 Same Old Thing, 2 Account Siphon, 2 The Shadow Net Siphon the corp. Alot.
-Interdiction to prevent spend-downs and rapid-fire lakshmi triggering.
-Film Critic in case lakshmi is already turned on and to keep New Angeles City Hall alive.
-Indexing + Mad Dash for ice-less R&D, The Turning Wheel to help with clearing out HQ.
-Astrolabe x3 to make sure you find it early enough to get to play the drawallthecards game too.
-Artist Colony for double duty with shadow net. Need a breaker? Need a film critic? Need a Magnum Opus? NACH?
-Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar for the quick installs of Fan Site, turning wheels, Aaron Marrón and more. Kate would save on installs, but you won't be hurting for money as much as you will be for time against the moon decks.
Flex spots are Beth Kilrain-Chang and possibly some number of NACH. NACH is helpful in the yellow matchup and saves you a buck per tag against sync as well as letting you siphon on clicks 3 + 4 if you choose assuming your Aaron hasn't shown up. 5 click turns to let you catch up if you've fallen behind is worth the include of Beth for me.
This deck is teched towards Estelle Moon based decks. If your meta is ripe with foodcoats and Suns and Satellites instead of Moons, you've still got potentially 13 account siphons.

This deck is pretty dope. I took it to the Southern California regional and took it to top 8 where it unfortunately took a timed loss in a really close game. Swapped out some of the utility pieces for e strikes cause I figured the meta would be a little more skorp and aginfusion which I didn't want to deal with. That ended up being strongest against CI.
