Biginner Runner Shaper

Mad Tinkerer 228

General

I wanted to show the game to a friend but I really don't like the Nisei Starter/Booster decks, so I made an easy to use deck for every main faction.

For these deck I wanted to stay close to the current standart pool (Standart Banlist 21.10) but if I knew of a easier to use card that's almost the same I took that (for example Desperado instead of Pennyshaver). Also I put only 2 copies of most cards into the decks to be able to use more different cards.

This Deck

I would recommand to give this deck a beginner after they played a few rounds with the criminal deck and want to see a different playstyle. But depending on the person they don't want to play against it, since it can feel a little unfair.

The strategy is a basic shaper value runs and building a Strong Rig.

This deck is also a good way to go a little deeper into timing

Matchups (with my other Beginner decks)

HB -> You probably got a slight edge but the corp has Tools against your multiaccess and can fast advance against remote camping.

Weyland -> you got a clear edge and the only way the corp can win is to rush out before you are ready (and punish you).

NBN -> I guess this matchup is pretty harsh but fair (but I didn't play it yet)

Jinteki -> You should have an edge but it's Jinteki ^^ (didn't play that yet)

Some notes to specific cards

Spear Phishing -> It's a really strong card in this ID since you can get into a 2 deep server easily. At first I wasn't sure if I should put it in but I wanted to have a good answer to an early 2 deep server.

Rielle "Kit" Peddler: Transhuman -> Your ID, don't forget it. It's the only of my beginner decks that doesn't have an econ ID but it feels needed.

The Turning Wheel -> I added this so an low protected HQ is still a good thing to exploit.
