Exile: Streethawk has always been a bad ID for a simple reason: you can only trigger his ability a few times. Sure, you've got Scavenge and Clone Chip, maybe even Test Run. But then what? Retrieval Run? Pawn?
Then we got Paperclip. Self-recurring insanely efficient icebreaker? Yes, please! Then Black Orchestra, but Shapers have Better Options for no influence. Now we finally get MKUltra, which isn't the best killer in the world, but it's cheap to install, and it also self-recurs. So how do we profit off of that?
Most obvious is Aesop's Pawnshop + Sahasrara. Sell em, then install them for cheap. Throw in Scheherazade and Technical Writer for a couple extra s. Sell em, then draw cards and gain credits for running! Also, with LLDS Processor your breakers get a nice boost every time you reinstall them! So of course, throw in a Chameleon on top.
What to do with the rest of the deck? Parasite for anything troublesome, Paricia because asset spam is a thing (and you can always sell/scavenge them), Beth Kilrain-Chang because she's good, The Gauntlet as the console for HQ pressure & in one (meaning 2 HQ pressure cards instead of 1 for 2 influence,) Sports Hopper to fight traces and live through damage. Currents to clear/disable/win.
If you anticipate Ark Lockdown or Chronos Project, you can always limit your trash-install process to your own turn: only sell the icebreakers with Aesop's if you're going to reinstall them the same turn. The only thing this deck really fears is Skorpios, which would hit it pretty hard. So don't run it if Skorpios is common in your meta, or you're going to have a bad time.
Not top tier, but I think it's good enough to have some fun and win some games.

if you're out of the game, then you don't know you could also save some inf by running Dhegdheer instead of Scheherazade |

Hmm, now I'm not sure what to cut. I could go: -1 The Gauntlet, -1 Scheherazade, -1 "Freedom Through Equality" +1 Astrolabe, +1 Dhegdheer, +2 Employee Strike Which leaves me at an awkward 49 cards. Every card has a purpose, but I'm sure some are less important than others. |

If some cards are less vital than others, then you could always run a few games and axe whatever matters least. To make that 50 though, you have access to Mad Dash which is a better Freedom Through Equality in every way. What are you using Scavenging for btw? click to draw a card? Oh, amd |

Scavenge is primarily for Parasite, but also useful for resetting Cyber-Cypher and recurring Self-modifying Code. Mad Dash would be nice, particularly with Indexing. I had "Freedom Through Equality" instead as a current clearer, but it's not necessary with 3 Employee Strike. |
I would cut the gauntlet for 2 more strikes, you're going to want those, and labe and daredevil...even ubex is probably better.
