Explorer Boat (search and find that Jinja)

Miria Byanyim is know for saying that Jinja City Grid is "The site of the world's second beanstalk." They even go further and claim that they'd die trying to make it so. As a "good guy" Weyland executive, I don't like seeing people die or be killed. So I figured I could get on my boat and use my really good search abilities to help Miria's dreams become a reality.

Game Plan

The number one problem with Jinja decks is not finding Jinja. Searching and installing an upgrade is just not something we've seen in Netrunner. However, with Ob's ability we can do some tricky stuff to get our Jinja's online pretty quickly. The game plan is to get Jinja installed on a remote and R&D. HQ is the lower priority but usually you can get it there towards the mid to late game. Use your draw cards to get more Jinja installs and then just score behind it.

Combos

• Install Marilyn Campaign and rez. Extract the Marilyn and shuffle her back in. Install your Jinja. It's usually good to protect the Jinja so having an ice already there or installing one is good. If you already have an ice then install a Spin Doctor or Rashida Jaheem or play Sprint.
• If you don't have an extract you can also just wait for Marilyn to tick down but I think that's a bad idea.
• You can do the above combo with Regolith Mining License but it doesn't feel as good with it because you can't shuffle it back in. I often find my second or third Jinja when I use all the credits on Regolith.
• Once you have lots of ice installed you can Extract the Jinja to get a Spin or Rashida.
• Trash Mavirus to get a Regolith or Marilyn.

Problems

• Jinja lists historically get stuck with agendas in hand so I like to use Swift to put them back into RD.
• Sometimes you can feel poor so make sure you are not rezzing everything. The main reason you are putting ice on the remote is to make Surveyor a beast. You don't need to rez it all.
• Pad Tap and Tap Wrm are so annoying because you just don't have time to deal with them. I wish I had a good answer to dealing with them.

Final Thoughts

Is it possible to fight boat with boat? I don't think this deck is well positioned in the meta because the Shaper boat is very very strong and the runner economy is gross. However, this deck is still pretty fun to play and has some good game against a lot of other runners.

Getting Jinja online has never been easier. I feel like I get one going very quickly. I haven't figured out optimal game play but I'm sure there some lines that are good. I also have been scoring out late in the game but I'm not sure that is correct. Maybe jamming agendas early would be good.
