This deck is to gear check the runner and block him from having any successful runs. Power Shutdown, Archer, and Swarm remove programs and every other piece of ice ends the run.

There is actually a nice fast advance system built in if you can get some extra clicks on a Project Atlas. Trick of Light can be used recursively with Jackson Howard and Project Atlas tokens. Ideally, you are advancing ice every turn. For Commercialization and Trick of Light.

Possible edits include adding Witness Tampering or Veterans Program to deal with the bad publicity that builds up from Swarm, Hostile Takeover and Geothermal Fracking. My thought is to leave the bad pub there as they shouldn't have the gear to break the ice, so the bad publicity credits don't matter.
