Non-Tagging Tracer ice coupled with a couple of cards that will move installed cards to the grip, which in turn is enabling Targeted Marketing and Standard Procedure. Macrophage might get replaced by a 3rd Waiver if it should prove to be too decisive against Anarch decks.
