    UFAQ [Damon Stone]

If the only piece of ice protecting Commercial Bankers Group is returned to hand by Blue Sun at the start of the Corp's turn, does the ability of the political asset still trigger?

Yes. If the Corp chooses to trigger Blue Sun before triggering the ability on Commercial Bankers Group, then when that ability resolves the "if" clause will be true and allow resolution.

Super wide Gagarin toy? Yes. Worth it? Ehhh, maybe. IG insane econ tool? Yes. Worth it? Yes. Stupid IG. Inherently weaker than the other 3 cards in it's cycle? Yes. Does it have another, highly underrated use? Yes. Oh? And what, praytell, is that?

BAITING SEA/SCORCH RUNS. THAT'S BLOODY WHAT.

While IG is making every asset broken and I'm not sure if this is worth a card slot in Gagarin, this is definitely an underrated tool in sea/scorch type decks. It's the baitiest bait that ever baited a bait. It sits there, in a naked server, just calling for you to come take it. If you don't your corp opponent gets a passive 3 creds a turn. That's massive. It MUST be trashed or you will probably lose the game from econ disadvantage. If you run it........welp, we've seen this dance before, haven't we? (SEA SourceScorched Earth.

Also pairs really strongly with Off The Grid, forcing them through HQ if they want to trash it. —
Or install on Worlds Plaza, increasing the trash cost and making it free to rez. —
Yup, was pretty miffed to start with that Weyland had the boring card that just sat there making money, but this (along with Salem's Hospitality) really seems to have put the teeth back in Weyland kill. It's a little tricky to play around, because there's pretty much no point installing it unless you alread have econ advantage, but i've had games where two of these have sat dripping in 6 a turn with the running not daring to run them. Filthy. —

The potency of this card in Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon is fierce. If it sits on the board it has broken even immediately. A card and a click to step up two credits is a meager improvement but it is a step up in board state.

Everything after that is pure gravy. Even if the runner takes the first opportunity to run and trash it you've cost them a click and two credits to turn it off. The net trade here leaves you both out one click, with the corp up two credits and the runner down two. Three in Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon. If they don't immediately pounce on it feel free to squint quizzically at them from across the table at the start of every turn as you roll those credits up.

Outside of Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon you've got Off the Grid to add more headache to this card. Crisium Grid optional.

Outside of Weyland, Near-Earth Hub: Broadcast Center can get some use out of this to provide a little economy boost and annoyance for the runner plus draw. Industrial Genomics: Growing Solutions can turn this into a prohibitively expensive trash and fuel all your Snare! or other traps. Prettymuch anyone having a good time going wide should take a look at it.

This is a card I expect the runner will want to immediately trash, and that's fine. As stated, even if they immediately answer it with a run unless they're playing Whizzard: Master Gamer or packing things like Scrubber / Paricia this trade works out in your favor.

Just popping in to say, my favorite part of this card is the flavor text. Citizens United much? —
