The game plan is very simple: Protect Dr. Vientiane Keeling until the runner is flatlined.
Having her rezed will make it harder for the runner to steal Obokata Protocol and stealing a Bacterial Programming will help you defend your Dr..
So there is obviously Border Control, Bio Vault and Nanisivik Grid to help you protect you most valuable asset. But also Hafrún is very important, especially because you can get a new facedown Ice into archives during the run for Nanisivik Grid.
Kakurenbo and Simulation Reset not only help you get cards back also they let you "refresh" your archive while Bathynomus makes it easy to protect it. And it is 1 sub that does 3 damage -> Nanisivik Grid.
And if the runner still manages to get in you have hopefully a few copies of Mr. Hendrik in there as well, so your next Dr. Keeling will have it easier.
