First HB deck from scratch.

Trying to take advantage of some HB:EtF features:

• some extra upgrades to take advantage of install credit
• not shy about heavy, expensive ice, hoping for Priority Requisition and Accelerated Beta Test to get them installed (along with decent economy based more on installed assets than operations.
• hoping Archived Memories can offset the dangers of Accelerated Beta Test
• hoping to pick up extra clicks with Biotic Labor and Mandatory Upgrades
• SanSan City Grid to help with heavy advancement req on Mandatory Upgrades
• relying on Priority Requisition and Accelerated Beta Test (backed up with Archived Memories) to rez heavy ice will be tricky to pull off. Hoping to use Research Station and Aggressive Negotiation. Research Station to hold cards longer and Aggressive Negotiation to get the cards in hand when I am ready for them.
