This is a bad deck, and everything I say here is theory-crafting.
The idea here is to install a lot of ice as fast as possible, setting up the glacier quickly. You can rez all of the ice for under 5 credits, and many pieces accelerate the deck. No Jackson Howard because the draw power of the Foundry means he's just there for recursion, and between Architect and Project Vitruvius, this deck can definitely recur.
There are a lot of targets for a parasite deck, absolutely, but the plan is to swamp the feild with ice fast, then ride on Server Diagnostics for late-game econ. The 5/3 agendas might be out of place, but I included them to make R&D less porous--a serious concern with the foundry. Alix T4LB07 is there for early game econ while flooding the field with Shipment from MirrorMorph and Foundry's ability.
I'm pretty sure the econ could be bolstered here in the early game, though the late game might end with the corp sitting on a fortune with nothing to spend it on. I considered Ash 2X3ZB9CY, but finding a card slot for him is difficult, unless you want to go in with a deck without most of its influence spent.
In any case, this is a silly attempt at a rush-glacier deck, coming from my time playing GRNDL: Power Unleashed. It completely lacks the typical fast advance tools most rely on, but maybe there's something here. If you try a deck like this, let me know how it goes.

I've been playing a similar deck, except with Executive Boot Camp to speed things up. It crushed most runners -- even Kati Jones can't keep up with having to punch through two NEXT Silvers for 20 creds -- but struggles against Noise. Between endless Parasites and no Jackson, it just can't keep up.
I think you could easily make room for Jackson here. Do you really need Wraparound? I've also found that Peak Efficiency pretty much takes care of the late-game econ, so maybe you could trim a bit there?
Anyway, just some suggestions. I'm excited to see how this build develops.
