Runnin' Wild v1.0

ThndrJudge 20

I've really never understood any of those Shapers who spend upwards of 50 just to build a rig so that they can crawl through servers specifically designed to keep them out after corporations track their every move. Likewise with those criminal "masterminds" always looking for an angle to make a credit off every single thing they do, it sucks all the fun of running. I'll admit... it is useful to grab a few dollars that the big wigs leave lying about while you're in there, but credits are a means to run, not the reason.

There is no feeling quite as exhilarating as when you punch a hole right in the middle of the barriers IT departments hastily tape together when they don't have time to track you down and do the research on how to stop you. Sure, every once in a while you'll get a nasty shock from a passing sentry or get lost in a code gate maze... but... that's the fun isn't it?

As far as I'm concerned, if you aren't running, you might as well be scrolling through social media bullshit while The Man tracks your every movement... just waiting for them to come knocking down your door.

In the end... if you aren't running... you really aren't living...

I was inspired to build this the second I saw Quetzel's ability. Your goal is to run. No time spent setting up huge elaborate rigs with multiple breakers so you have a contingency plan for everything the corp might do. There's no time for that.

HIT THEM EARLY! HIT THEM HARD! KEEP HITTING THEM!

The minimal program package is so that you can isolate central servers and pick them apart getting through over and over and over again. The corp rezzes a barrier in front of you? Smash it! They a program trasher? Eat it to the face! They try to murder you? Well that's the fun part...

The theory is with your ID you should be able to break through most early end the run subroutines, hence why almost your entire deck causes a run. Your programs are kept to a minimum so that most of the time you can just eat destroyer subroutines to the face. If they throw something really scary in your face, Clone Chip a Knight into play right onto that freshly rezzed chunk of ice thanks to Deep Red, or if it's to big for that D4v1d or Eater your way through and come back at it with the appropriate kitchen implement.

This is only my second list submitted to the site, my other one being Annexing SanSan, and I'm still fairly new to the game (less than a month playing regularly). So I am differing to the great Hivemind that is NetrunnerDB to help me get this off the ground while i get ready for my LGS Store Championship.

Cheers!

I played Quetzal: Free Spirit for awhile and believe she is underrated. But I think you will have some problems here because you don't have enough draw/tutors to get the cutlery you need. The Inject/Retrieval Run is great, but man are you screwed if you don't get that Eater.

Here's what I have been messing with: netrunnerdb.com
