The whole goal is to advance ice playing tall, making money with operations instead of assets, and when up and running empty the one remote and start a timer for Clearinghouse to one-shot the runner. Ideally use a mix of Trick of Light and Seamless Launch to rapidly ramp up the number of tokens to a lethal level, giving the runner a turn to make two successful runs or die.

Minimum number of agendas, which ideally never leave HQ/R&D. Clearinghouse because that's the whole plan, and Wall to Wall to increase card draw when that slots not in use or trying to clear an agenda you don't want clogging up HQ.
