Goodbye Recoco (Bubble @ Summer Showdown)

I've grown very fond of Reconstruction Contract in the past year and I'm very sorry we have to say goodbye. So I thought it would be fitting to do it as best as possible.

This deck is a veritable monster. Loup is potentially a problem matchup but you do have ways to deal with it pretty convincingly, and against everything else you rush out like there's no tomorrow. Don't let the damage confuse you, this is a super fast scoring deck that will often close out by turn 7. I had a very pleasing game against Kit where I scored:

• Eminent Domain on turn 4
• Eminent Domain on turn 5
• The Basalt Spire AND Azef Protocol on turn 6, gg.

The deck has some insane skateboard tricks that you must get accustomed to. Azef Protocol kills a 2-cost to pull either Reconstruction Contract or The Powers That Be for explosive tempo boosts. You must remember to The Basalt Spire your Slash and Burn Agriculture back from the bin during your opponent's turn, so you can expend it and spire it back during yours to use it twice in a row. When you score with The Holo Man and Powers an agenda from archives into the server, overinstall it so you can Spin it back and tutor it with Mavirus to immediately reuse it and score again. Knowing these things will often speed your gameplan by a whole turn.

Agenda flow manipulation is key to making the deck work and you have a million tools to do it right. When I first saw expendable agendas I was pretty disappointed, not realizing that expending is a tool to reduce HQ density and move everything where you want it to be. You can easily trick the Runner into running where there are no points, and put everything where they can't run.

This went 3-1 on the day, taking its only loss from enkoder's Loup, where I bled some early points and then tried to compensate it by making an unnecessary risky play. I could have possibly won the game by being more careful. Netrunner is hard!

How does this look under the new banlist? Recoco is a strong boost to the deck's speed but doesn't look completely essential. Hostile Architecture still feels pretty important to help Hearts and Minds stay on the board. Without Loup around, I'm sure you can make something strong; the exact shape of it is something I can't figure out now.
