[Startup] Celebral or Punitive? We can do it both!

The agenda suite is pretty mean. The runner usually needs to steal 2 out of the 4 3-pointers. So often it is only necessary to score one Hostile (and as many Divested Trusts as possbile) and leave the others in HQ for the runner.

You want to score quickly one or two 1-Pointers and as many 3-Pointers as possbile. Later in the game you want to have an 3-advanced Akhet on the remote. If the runner runs it, you can use it to put a third advancment on an Overwriter. If that happens twice, you would have done 6 Brain damage. Great!

The Engram Flush is manly there to snipe Programms from the Runner hand and have a taxing ice. Hence the Snare! for runners, who think they can run with an empty Grip.
