The key insight to this deck: Noise would be broken strong if his ability was to trash a card at random from HQ rather than the top of R&D. Eater plus multiple Hemorrhages makes him super scary. Slower than straight up NoiseShop but trashing HQ means the corp can't do anything they want to do.
Some notes:
- Personal Workshop, Kati Jones, and Cyberfeeder are key first-hand cards.
- Djinn does good work for you, esp if the workshop is out.
- Incubator is for mid to late game when runs get expensive.
- Hades shard can win you the game for 7 creds.
- Parasite helps with no-remote corps.
- Keyhole is another path to victory if HQ and archives get hard to hit.
- NEH hates on Gorman Drip a little. It's still a great choice for a deck that's trashing HQ AMAP and it's a lovely one-cost virus.
Strategy
In general, you don't want to be breaking ice if you can avoid it. Get free accesses if you can (esp HQ via Parasiting ice) but runs are mostly for charging Hemorrhage and trashing Jackson (or forcing use). Trashing cards out of HQ keeps the corp poor and light on ice. Use Kati and/or PW every turn in the beginning. Get setup fast and then do as much HQ trashing as you can to prevent the corp from doing anything helpful to them. Noiseshop tricks are a nice bonus and keep the clock ticking fast for the corp.
Careful with Hades, esp against Jinteki. You will be able to use it before any Jacksons can be used but 6 points plus 6 net damage does not a game win. Eater means you're likely going to deck the corp or win via Hades.
15 viruses + max 6 recursion = 21 R&D mills. 2 Hemorrhages means up to 2 HQ mills a turn, not including incubation. Mill over half their cards, esp cards out of HQ, and it will be extremely difficult for them to execute their game plan.
In Testing
Are there ways the corp can lock out this strategy? I'd love to get Hivemind in here but feels too janky. Parasite's the only non-spending virus in here anyways. But man PWing a 4 strength Parasite to kill things would be a thing of beauty.
Plenty of holes to be plugged here. Tested suggestions welcome.

Singularity would work as a one-of but I'm leery of one-ofs personally. But it does balance the centrals focus . |
Consider Singularity for some remote control (well... pun not inteded). Even better, fit in the Datasucker - it's a virus and it drives your run-based economy; with Hemorrhage you essentialy get Anarch-style Desperado :)
