So after Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter dressed up like Quetzal: Free Spirit for Halloween. It was pretty depressing for MASTER GAMER, Whizzard. He never had enough friends to really go out for Halloween and was often to embarrassed.
Frustrated, he decided he needed to do something about all the fun that was being had. Except...he was so hungry and forgot his wallet at home.

Take everyone's lunch money. He didn't need a costume. He didn't need a reason. He was hungry and money needed to be had.
