Neo Hessians v.1.0

This is basically an attempt to leverage the massive influence of Custom Biotics: Engineered for Success to make a more powerful version of Red Coats. This version tried to use Simone Diego as run bait and added econ (allowing the corp to use it's liquid funds for ICE while still advancing) but that was too disjointed. Thomas Haas was also intended as run bait that would pay me if they came through my server, didn't like it. GRNDL Refinery is back breaking on a taxing server. They either run the gauntlet and create a scoring windows or they leave it alone and give the corp a lot of money. Added bonus that it is slightly more expensive to trash than Melange Mining Corp.. Ultimately, this was a failed build.
