In the interests of consistency, it is generally better to have 49 cards, as that gives you the maximum cards with the minimum agenda count. Also better for influence purposes.

With that in mind, you need to cut 30 cards and lose 12-13 agenda points.

I would recommend dropping 3 Foxfire, 3 Chimera, 3 Mandatory Upgrades, 3 Private Security Force, Experiential Data, Janus 1.0, Sherlock 1.0, Viper (replace them with Viktor 1.0 in this deck), Freelancer, Shipment from MirrorMorph, one of the Ash 2X3ZB9CY, maybe the Melange Mining Corp., and a smattering of ICE. Get a core concept together (run a load of Bioroids is a good place to start) and work up from there

A good include would be Eli 1.0. It is generally regarded one of the best pieces of ICE in the game and is only be better with Stronger Together.

You also have six influence left to spend (eight if you remove Ice Wall after including Eli 1.0). A good way to spend your influence is think about the areas in which your deck is weak and import cards from other factions to remove those weaknesses. Not sure if you have this card but Caprice Nisei is good in glacier decks as the runner pays a lot of money to get past all your ICE and still might not get to access cards in the server.

And just as @Jashay said, try to get the deck down to 49 cards. It can be hard to do this but it will make your deck better.
