Bioriod Troll

Only 9 of your 19 ICE are Bioroids and get +1 strength from your ID, so you're not getting that much of a benefit from the ID ability. It's sad, but just as most HB decks, your deck suffers the "this would be better out of EtF"-syndrome.

Other than that, nice deck. I like the Heinlein Troll. Have you thought about Surveillance Sweep to add insult to injury? I know it's a lot of influence, but HB has some of the best means to recover lost Operations from Archives, so you probably only need 1 or 2 copies.
