Change 1 lateral to an Ash 2X3ZB9CY so the money can help you win?

I made a deck that looks at least somewhat similar to this (Jeeves in Core Weyland using Green Level and Lateral) and found that it's kinda bad. You need to use it as a Fast Advance tool, but Weyland only has 1 3/2, so there's only 3 agendas in the deck that you can easily fast advance, and no way to find them. You just kinda hope that cards show up in the right order so you can score out.
